An "observatory" ideal for a family

This villa is located high up just behind the main town of Paros overlooking the town and the port, as if its owner wanted to observe all the boats that come in and out of the island. Its western orientation offers some stunning views, especially towards the evening, when the sun sets right in front of the bean-shaped pool. The town of Parikia and the nearby beaches are all just a short drive away.

The villa was built as a permanent residence and this is evident in the comfort and "homey" feeling that it conveys. The house is built in stone and the traditional cycladic white. Several playful shapes adorn the walls inside and outside. The lawn just in front of the villa is a great playground for kids, while the outdoor shaded bar and lounge area is the place that grown-ups will most enjoy. One of the few villas in Greece with child-safe pool, ideal for families.
