Fresh like a summer fruit

Located just outside the town of Antiparos, right on a small sandy beach across from the little island between Paros and Antiparos and at only 15 minutes walk from the latter, this villa has an unbeatable location. It is the feeling that it gives you, however, that makes it so popular. From the moment one enters this villa there is a feeling of freshness. The ice-white bleached oak floors and the otherwise simple furniture are enhanced by lots of vivid colors, in paintings, cushions and other decorative items. Even colourful every day objects, such as place mats and vases are used as part of the decoration.

The villa has been renovated in a simple style, with lively touches that create a positive mood. An outdoor, incredibly cozy lounge area separates the two sections of the house (main and guesthouse) and is the perfect spot for afternoon cocktails (or a summer nap al fresco). To get to the bean-shaped pool which is close to the beach you cross a beautiful garden full of apricot trees, palm trees, roses, daisies, lavender and rosemary bushes. This villa is not about utmost luxury, at least not in the conventional – and often overused – sense. Rather it is about feeling great and the villa achieves just that. With a very child-friendly layout this villa will be enjoyed by everyone.

Main house:
Ground floor: Living-room with fireplace; dining area and open plan kitchen.
First floor: Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and private balconies.
Lower floor: One twin bedroom with private bathroom and direct access to the garden (only
suitable for staff); one staff room with bathroom (used by the villa's housekeeper).

Guest House:
One double bedroom with an extra single bed and en suite bathroom; one smaller double
bedroom with private bathroom; small sitting area.

Outdoors: Covered dining areas, a stone built BBQ and a wooden stove. Swimming pool with
lounging area and small bar. Direct access to a small secluded sandy beach.
