A garden in the Cyclades

This villa is a beautiful marriage of an estate with a large garden contrasting the arid environment of the Cyclades. Green lawn and olive trees decorate the pool area, a rare sight on Paros. The villa is located at a privileged position looking west and enjoying the sumptuous sunsets of Paros. Just 500 metres away, there is the sandy beach of Agia Irini.

Built with stone but painted white to conform to the sugar cube style of the Cyclades, this 420- square metres betrays the hotelier background of the owners. There are five bedrooms of ample size and similarly sized bathrooms (all en suite) and quality prevails both inside and outside. Our favorite part still remains the gazebo lounge on the top of the main house, being one of the ideal places to enjoy an afternoon cocktail and the Paros sunsets.
