This progressive home sits on a large plot of land at 400 metres distance from the sea and at a ten minute walk from Kalafatis beach, known for its many watersport options. Its contemporary interiors, which stretch across three levels, feature a simple and efficient layout, offering a combination of private and open-concept living spaces. All five double bedrooms are en suite and have separate verandas (the master bedroom veranda is also equipped with a jacuzzi).

Conceived by a young and talented Greek architect, the architecture of the house is based on strong horizontal lines and big, broad-shouldered spaces. Inside, warm wooden elements contrast the modern, minimalist plaster walls and smooth ceilings while outside, cozy comfortable sitting areas provide for a a cool and modern edge. The house was designed to cover every need of its guests who choose to experience Mykonos in a more private manner, as the villa is equipped with advanced audio systems, a fully operational bar and barbecue and a large lounging area around the infinity L-shaped pool.

Upper level: One master bedroom en suite with a veranda, two double bedrooms en suite each with its own balcony and outside sitting area. Separate guest-house: Living room, a small open plan kitchen, double bedroom en suite. Outdoor sitting/dining space covered with pergolas. Lower level: Gym and games area. Staff bedroom and bathroom. Outdoors: Sheltered lounging area, shaded dining area, bar and a bbq. Infinity swimming pool.
