Recently built to a high standard, this modern design villa is located at a secluded area overlooking Ftelia Bay and facing the beaches of Panormos and Agios Sostis. With no neighbors close by, it offers maximum privacy allowing guests to enjoy the ambiance of the house and the magical sea views that its elevated position enables. At sunset time, the view is transformed to a painting with orange and pink tones setting the mood for the night.

The villa comprises of three separate apartments in addition to the main house, ensuring that guests enjoy maximum independency while the outdoor areas have been designed to bring them all together. The interiors have a contemporary style and large windows, which allow plenty of light to come in every room. A pergola-shaded stone gazebo with a large rectangular wooden table serves as a wind-protected dining or lounge area. A villa to enjoy with good company!

Main apartment: Master bedroom with private bathroom, living area with TV, dining area,
kitchen.
Second apartment: Master bedroom with private bathroom, living room, kitchen, separate area
with two single beds.
Third apartment: Double bedroom with bathroom, living area with kitchenette.
Fourth apartment: Living area, two twin beds and bathroom .
Independent twin bedroom with bathroom (suitable only for staff).

Outdoors: Infinity swimming pool, lounging areas, shaded sitting and dining area.
