Inspiring architecture in the Cyclades
An eye-catching villa, at one of the prime locations of Paros, this villa offers panoramic views of the Aegean and the sunset. Designed by an Internationally recognized Swiss architect, on behalf of two Paros aficionados, it features three cubic shaped buildings and a fourth "faux cube" pergola shaded area. Great architecture and decoration and wonderful views is not all for this villa. A few minutes walk down the path and you will arrive to two beautiful sandy beaches. Thankfully, as the swimming pool, though handy and very well integrated in the decoration can not claim the title of the largest pool in the world.
One cube hosts the kitchen, the dining table and a small sitting/living area, the second the master bedroom and an adjacent living/relaxing area and the third two guest houses with independent entrances. The owners - both artists - have managed to make the all-white spaces feel so homey, a great example of how to give a special character to a minimal design, by matching futuristic furniture with some beautiful old pieces. This villa is not only adored by our photographer, but also by anyone who stays in it.
