The ideal family villa

Set in two acres of pine trees, only a few meters above the sea, this villa is ideal for families with children. The spacious pool area surrounded with grass is perfect for children to play and the easy access to the beach (some steps down a path) from the villa becomes very convenient. It is located at a charming area a few kilometers from the town of Eretria, where most of the hotels in Evia have been built. From there, you can set for the many interesting day trips to explore the island, or take advantage of the abundance of sports and activities that you can have on various beaches close by.

Children are not the only ones who will love this villa. The hammock on one side of the pool, the outdoor sitting and dining areas, or a bench under the pine trees close to the sea are all areas that will be adored by adults. The villa was originally built as the main home for one of Greece's important industrial families, as it is only located at 1.5 hours drive from Athens. It is decorated with expensive taste and ultimate quality and it is simply ideal for a relaxed repose in a true Greek environment, away from the "cosmopolitan" crowds.

changing rooms and bathrooms for guests, service room.
