Identical Twins by the Beach

This property is comprised of two identical, independent villas -- always rented together -- that are located on a remote part of the island, at just two minutes walk from a beautiful secluded sandy beach. Situated on the western part of Paros, facing Antiparos, the villas occupy a quiet peninsula, in a scenery of native olives, tender rosemary bushes and lemon trees which provides a sanctuary even on the busiest summer days. Your stay here blends a vibrant destination with a wide offering of day and night activities and a calm home for those who treasure privacy.

Each of the two villas has three spacious and equal-sized en suite bedrooms and a comfortable living area which leads to a large chill-out terrace by the pool with views to the sea. The contemporary forms and shapes and the combination of the traditional Greek white with the stone brown and cement color create an aura of contemplation and meditation. You may find a sudden urge to indulge in a good book sitting in one of the many indoor or outdoor lounge areas. Each of the two identical villas comprises of:

Ground floor: Entrance hall, living area with flat-screen TV, dining area, open-plan kitchen, sitting area with fireplace, guest bathroom

• 1 double bedroom en suite.

Upper level:

• 1 double bedroom en suite
• An independent studio with a double bedroom en suite an additional double 'kids' bed in the mezzanine.

Lower level: Staff quarters used by the villa housekeeper.

Outdoors: Various dining areas, barbecue, sitting/relaxing area. Infinity pool shared by both houses.
