Built on a bare rock, secluded and overlooking the beach of Agrari, one of our favorite beaches, this is a fine and homy villa. A hacienda-like entrance welcomes you in the main house, which is characterized by high wood beam ceilings, floors of hand-finished marble, elegant decoration and a selection of fine paintings. The property has a wonderful mixture of antiques and rustic decorations that contribute to create a special sense of warmth.

The villa, built in four separate sections, is designed to offer maximum privacy to its guests. It features numerous sitting and dining areas, each with its own charm, for convivial get-togethers, Enjoy the excellent views of the beach and the island of Naxos, relax in the open-air Jacuzzi at the end of the pool, or walk down to the secluded patio carved out of the rocks and discover a quiet place to chill out.

Separate staff quarters used by the villa housekeeper. Outdoors: Various sitting and dining areas; infinity swimming pool with jacuzzi. Guest house adjacent to the pool Upper level: One double bedroom en suite. Ground level: Open-plan kitchen and small living area surrounded by the pool.
