A glorious villa on a sandy beach

This villa is located at the entrance of the Porto Heli bay, just a few minutes drive from the town. It is surrounded by a two-acre garden which leads to a small but charming, private, thin pebble beach that has its own dock, capable of accommodating large boats, a rare and valuable facility in an area ideal for boating. The villa is built on four levels, in a Mediterranean style that is typical of the area and oriented in such a way as to be shaded during the early part of the day, but be bathed in light in the afternoon.

Inside, this multi-leveled house is elegantly decorated, with classical pieces and large white sofas in the living room. It features two of the most spacious master bedrooms we have seen with incredible views to the sea. A backgammon table in the main living room and a table tennis, bar and large-screen TV in the playroom are there for guests to unwind and for children to never get bored. Our resident chef and host, will take care of your every need in a villa that you will greatly enjoy.
