The joy of simplicity

Away from the more "popular" areas of Patmos, this villa invites everyone who knows that this mystical island has many more hidden beauties to reveal to its lovers. With its elevated location on a hillside it overlooks the famous beach of Kambos while offering pretty views of the plain and sea.

The villa it self is built in two separate volumes proving for more independence and privacy. Inside, the decoration is light-minimal with modern appliance, a beautiful corian open plan kitchen, cozy sofas and chill-out spots all in white tones creating an airy and very "fresh" ambience. The owners have intentionally decided not to have a swimming pool but to use the surrounding areas as part of their garden, believing in the maxim that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication! This villa is enjoyed by small groups of friends of family or even a couple who wishes to experience Patmos in a more "laid-back" way.

 Outdoors: Various sitting and dining areas, large Mediterranean garden.
