A delightful beach-villa with Jamaican heritage

This contemporary summer sanctuary is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach on the coast of Lachanias, on the southeastern part of Rhodes. Inspired by Ralph Lauren’s summer residence in Jamaica, the owners of this villa have built its Mediterranean sibling, by maintaining their mentor’s stylish, easy-living, one-level layout all opening up to stunning sea views. However, the property’s charismatic location allowed for two crucial improvements to the prototype: the addition of a large, flat garden and most importantly, direct access to a wonderful sandy beach.

The villa offers 200 square meters flat living space, styled in white and navy blue, making staying in this property a truly comfortable experience; whereas the bedrooms are equally positioned on the right and left corner of the building, the spacious center serves as a living and dining area, with a large foldable window wall bringing the outside in. Once the windows are opened up, the interior extends to an 80 square meter shaded patio, which ends at an infinity pool. The eye’s gaze continues to wander over the viewable garden, to the planted aloe vera by the beach and finally to an endless sea view. The villa is also child friendly with anti-slippery floors around the pool area and its completely even structure. This is an ideal summer retreat for utter relaxation with your loved ones whether you like to take your morning shower in the Aegean Sea or just star- shooting from your patio in the evenings.
