A villa with the Wow! factor

They say that the most important attribute of a house is its location and this villa has one of the best locations that we have ever seen. Hanging some 300 metres over one of Europe's famous beaches (very close to the point that visitors of Kefalonia stop to take pictures) this villa offers some of the most breathtaking views that the island - and the whole of Greece - has to offer. The cosmopolitan village of Fiscardo is at some twenty minutes by car.

This villa is not all about the views, however. It is about fine living. After all, to enjoy these views, great food, good wine and beauty all over must be there! The villa has been refurbished by its new owners to a marvelous elegant/cosy style and the resident chef/host will anticipate and appease the epicurean wishes that will come naturally to those guests who will choose to rent it. Not suitable for kids, but simply one of the best choices for one, two or three couples!

Ground Level: Entrance hall, living room, kitchen, indoor dining room, TV/lounge room, one double bedroom en suite. Outdoor dining/ sitting areas with open fire pit, inverted pyramid water pool, outdoor shower. Independent staff room (used by resident chef/host); laundry room. First Level: One master double bedroom en suite, one double bedroom en suite. Separate chill-out hut at the low end of the garden with a sofa-bed and an open-air shower.
