This villa is located at the Southeastern side, just across from the islet of Spetsopoula and only a few minutes by car from the picturesque Old Harbor of this small island. Strategically located in a residential area right outside of town and just above the peripheral coastal road, it offers a wonderful way to enjoy a delightful vacation, at a walking distance from the beach, while at the same time not far from a town full of life. Spetses has a beautiful architecture, quality restaurants, history and museums where some of the top Athenian families spend their weekends and most of August. The town of the island is car-free so transportation is mainly by taxis, water taxis, bikes and scooters or even horse carriages.

The villa is built in the neoclassical architecture which is the norm in Spetses and which ties perfectly with the combination of the rich vegetation and the seaside atmosphere. The interiors have been decorated with a light French style, where every detail is well-thought of and where quality is evident all over. Around the pool, there is a wooden deck which extends to a rich garden, ideal for children. A pleasant summer retreat combined with the services of a friendly local housekeeper who will pamper you with her her delicious home-made meals.
